FLEXIBLE MACHINE & HYDRAULIC MANIFOLDS

Our Three Linear FMS ( 100 Pallets each), Flexible Machining Systems, allow us the ability to run repeat orders with no set up, making
on-demand production a reality. Once a part is set up in our flexible systems, it remains resident allowing us to machine small quantities as efficiently as large runs.

CUSTOM TOOLING

Years of R&D have gone into developing our proprietary high performance custom cavity and port tools. We have an extensive library of form tooling and we work very closely with our certified tool grinding suppliers to manufacture additional needed tools to accommodate any valve line.

 

HIGH EFFICIENCY EQUIPMENT

We have CNC machines specifically upgraded to meet the demands of manifold machining. With options like: extended tool magazines which hold over 200 tools, 1000 psi through spindle coolant systems and high capacity chip conveyors we can efficiently meet the challenges of making these parts.

 

PLUG INSTALLATION

To provide added value to your manifolds New Dimensions can install the construction hole plugs. All of our assembly is done using pneumatic tools with adjustable pressure regulators to insure your expander and SAE plugs are installed to the exact manufacturers specification.
